ARGUS is a data intelligence tool, not a financial adviser. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. All signals, alerts, and analysis are provided for informational purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ARGUS. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

ARGUS offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our authorised payment provider.
Where a free trial is offered, no charge will be made until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. After the trial, you will be automatically charged at the applicable subscription rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.

All content, algorithms, software, and materials on ARGUS are the exclusive property of ARGUS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use during your subscription period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARGUS and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any signal or alert provided.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from inaccuracies. Market data is sourced from third-party APIs and we are not responsible for errors in that data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
