• Payment information: Billing and subscription details processed by Paddle.com. We do not store your card details — these are handled exclusively by Paddle.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Send you signal alerts and notifications you have subscribed to.

3. Email and Telegram Alerts

As a subscriber, you will receive signal alerts via the channels you have enabled (email and/or Telegram). These are core service communications, not marketing messages. You may disable individual channels in your account settings, but note that disabling all alert channels will limit the value of your subscription.

• Paddle.com: For payment processing and subscription management.
• Resend: For transactional email delivery.
• Railway.app: Our hosting provider, where your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure.

All third-party providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g., billing records, which we retain for 7 years as required by Indian tax law).

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Passwords stored using bcrypt hashing — we never store plaintext passwords.
• All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• API keys hashed and not exposed in responses.
• Webhook signatures verified to prevent unauthorised access.

ARGUS uses minimal cookies strictly necessary for session management and authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
